Characteristic description of Cascade System gas cylinder filling system

· “Dumb storage” broken out into 3 banks for cascade system i.e. Low, Medium & High, through a system of valves.

· New dispensing system provided which allows for the automated filling of up to 5 bottles simultaneously, simply by the press of a button.

· All dispensing outlets supplied with individual isolators.

· The system fills bottles using a “smart” controls system, utilising the separate cascade banks to their fullest.

· Using the above example (disregarding compressor supply for the purpose of illustration), from a 600 litre cascade system it would be possible to fill approx. 75 vessels as opposed to 40 vessels without a cascade system.

· If combined with a compressor package, the valve arrangement controls a “smart” filling process and fills separate cascade banks in the most efficient order to get you filling cylinders again faster.

· Maximator are also able to provide compressor and N2 generation packages to provide a start-to-finish solution for cellar gas bottle filling.
