Maximator UK近日为一位客户定制打造了一套用于冲洗海底阀门组件的冲洗系统。

该冲洗系统具备以下特点：

1. 电机驱动隔膜泵，

2. 系统最大压力流量690 bar @ 35 lpm，

3. 配备 2 个 18 kW 加热器的 500 升储液罐，

4. 采用闭环加热器控制以维持箱体温度，

5. 具备辅助流体和冷却器回路连接能力，

6. 支持 HMI 触摸屏和按钮操作（启动、停止、速度调节、紧急停止），

7. 三相电源连接，设置简单/即插即用，

8. HMI 屏幕上显示功耗监视器，

9. 可通过电机转速、流量控制阀及回流隔离阀共 3 种方式调节流量与压力，

10. 设有防护挡板，防止操作人员受到水流喷射影响，

11. 操作简便，

12. 配备多种阀门，用于控制流体回路及压力/流量。

We recently built a bespoke Flushing System for a customer wishing to flush sub sea valve components.

This Flushing System features :

1. Motor-driven diaphragm pump,

2. Turbulent flow provision at max. of 690bar @ 35lpm,

3. 500l reservoir with 2 18kW heaters,

4. Closed-loop heater control to maintain tank temperature,

5. Auxiliary fluid and cooler circuit connection capability,

6. HMI & push-button operation (start, stop, speed adj., estop),

7. 3ph. power connection, simple to setup/plug and play,

8. Power usage monitor on HMI,

9. Motor speed, flow control valve & return isolation valve = 3 ways to adjust flow & pressure,

10. Shielding plate to protect operators from water jets,
